What We Pack for Maui with a 5-Year-Old

Packing for Maui is all about staying comfortable, sun-safe, and ready for adventure. Here is our tried and tested list from our April 2025 trip.

  • Lightweight clothes: shorts, tank tops, sundresses
  • Swimsuits (you will live in them)
  • Beach cover-ups and flip-flops
  • Reef-safe sunscreen (required by law in Hawaii)
